Participation in this referral network is selective, limited by service area, and revocable. It is not a permanent entitlement, franchise, ownership interest, certification, or endorsement. Requirements vary by trade and jurisdiction, and a provider's status can change.

Baseline expectations

• Provide a working legal business identity and contact method.
• Represent services, availability, pricing, and qualifications honestly.
• Follow applicable licensing, registration, permit, safety, and consumer-protection requirements.
• Explain scope, price, payment schedule, exclusions, and warranties before work begins.
• Respect consent, privacy, do-not-contact requests, and property access boundaries.
• Avoid pressure tactics, fabricated urgency, undisclosed lead resale, and misleading credentials.

What "screening" means here

We may review identity, contactability, service fit, operating area, complaint information, licensing records, insurance documents, or performance signals when those checks are available and relevant. We do not state that every provider has passed every possible check. Absence of a known issue is not proof of quality.

When participation may be revoked

We may pause or remove access to an area after credible evidence of misrepresentation, unsafe conduct, unlawful activity, repeated nonresponse, abusive communication, improper lead sharing, disregard of consumer consent, or unresolved consumer harm. Review may include requesting documents and preserving relevant records.

Consumer verification still matters

Ask which license, registration, insurance, and permit rules apply to the proposed work. Verify current status directly with the issuing authority before authorizing work or paying a deposit.
